Shelly Samia is a California native based in the Los Angeles area, where she is a free-lance artist. She has been doing make-up for a few years and always looks forward to collaborating with other innovative artist that are as passionate and driven as she is.
She has always had an eye for effervescent colors and a unique taste for her art. To say that Shelly loves her craft as an artist is an understatement.
Shelly chose the profession in make-up artistry to not only enhance ones beauty, but to bring forth the inner beauty that radiates from within. As D.H. Lawrence once said, “Beauty is an experience, nothing else. It is not a fixed pattern or an arrangement of features. It is something felt, a glow or a communicated sense of fineness.” To her it is not the flawlessness of an individual’s face, but simply based on an individuals feature that makes up their entire inimitable beauty.
